To provide managed workplace services to 34000 IT users
Logica, a leading IT and business services company, today announced it has won a contract with TeliaSonera to provide managed workplace services to 34,000 IT users. The services will include desktop lifecycle management as part of Logica’s standardized Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) offering. Through this contract, which spans five years, 240 of TeliaSonera’s employees in Sweden and Finland will be transferred to Logica.
Companies’ operations benefit from increased standardization of RIM services, increasing efficiency, and enabling them to enhance their competitive edge. Logica has several decades of experience in the area of Infrastructure Management and currently manages over 200,000 workplaces for customers in Sweden and globally.
